Returns Policy

 

MyDrugTestCups.com  goal is to provide our customers with the best products at the best price.Customer service is our main goal and we will make every effort possible to make sure our customers are long term customers. We want our customers to be 100% Satisfied!

Please Read the following to ensure proper steps:

 

Returning Products:

 

How do I return an item?

 

All sales are final and drug and alcohol products are non-refundable due to the nature of these products. However, products may be returned for a full refund of the cost of the item excluding freight.

 Products can be returned if:

  •  The product was shipped in our error by MyDrugTestCups.com.
  •  The product was deemed defective by MyDrugTestCups.com after investigation.

 Note: If a product has a missing part we will either mail the missing part or replace the product.

 If one of the above conditions is the case for returning a product, then:

 

The product must be returned in new condition in the original packaging with all the accessories. Product that returns with damage packaging will not be accepted and returned to the buyer with a proper explanation and photos of the product.

 Mydrugtestcups.com will also refund shipping charges, if the product being returned was the result of our error.

The product should be returned within 5 days of receipt, along with a copy of the original invoice. MyDrugTestCups.com will use tracking report provided by shipper and no international returns are allowed.

Once the returned product has been received, and once the credit or refund is issued, then an email confirmation will be sent.

 A product cannot be refunded that has been used improperly or procedure for test confirmation (gc/ms orlc/ms) have not effectuated in the case of drug tests. In this case, all the manufacturer’s warranties will automatically expire.

 Cancellation:

Once the product has shipped order cannot be cancelled and any returns without an authorization number will be charged a 30% restock fee plus shipping costs

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
